MND Australia is the national peak body for MND care and research in Australia. The MND Australia network comprises of six state associations, representing all states and territories, and the MND Research Institute of Australia (MNDRIA).
MND Australia members work together to advance, promote and influence local and national efforts to achieve the vision of a World Free From MND.
The MND Australia website provides information on MND and national and international activities. It also provides vital links to latest research and to the State MND Associations in Australia who provide support and services to people living with MND and their families.
MND Australia advocates for needs based care and support to help people living with MND to live better for longer and promotes research and funding for research to find the causes, an effective treatment and hopefully a cure, in the not too distant future.
