Diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2008, Zora had to come to terms with the loss of her voice. As a teacher that was hard. She has used a range of tools, but the National Relay Service has been a key one. It allows her to deal directly by phone with businesses and government bodies and also means she can have good phone conversations with her elderly mum.
